Crown Safari Biltong Seasoning 1kg

CROWN NATIONAL SAFARI BILTONG SPICE is South Africa’s favourite biltong seasoning, now popular in Australia, UK, USA, Canada and China. It can also be used to season steak or lamb ribs for frying or grilling, or even to add some zest to your poitjiekos.

Instructions. Cut the meat into strips and weigh. Calculate the spice required at 45 g per Kg meat. If desired, add vinegar or Worcester sauce at 50-100 g per Kg meat. Mix the meat and the spice well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Hang to dry.
