HOW TO USE
Before you start, wash all parts that come into contact with food thoroughly
Place the press on a solid, stable surface.
Assemble the funnel and attach your sausage casing to the funnel tip.
Insert the handle into the large gear axle, turning it clockwise to raise the piston and empty the cylinder.
Remove the cylinder, fill it with your prepared meat mixture, and reattach it securely
DONE!
Use about 20% fat for best results.
Grind once, mix in seasoning, then grind again.
Swap out the knife and plate for the stuffing tube.
Slide your casing on, tie the end, and feed the meat through slowly.
Easy as that.
Insert the handle into the small gear axle and turn clockwise to lower the piston into the cylinder.
Feed the mixture through slowly and evenly, no rushing needed.
Keep a steady rhythm for a smooth, consistent fill
When one batch is done, repeat step 2 to raise the piston and prepare for the next fill.
Use the funnel size that matches your preferred sausage casing for best results.
After use, remove the cylinder and piston and wash them thoroughly.
Wipe the main body with a clean, dry cloth.
Apply food-grade oil to the large gear, small gear, and rack before use and during operation (twice is recommended)
