HOW TO USE

Before you start, clean all parts with a damp cloth dipped in alcohol, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Load the chamber

Add your ground meat into the mixing chamber. For the best flavour and bind, use a balanced fat-to-lean ratio of about 20% fat especially if you’re crafting sausages.

Add your flavourings

Tip in your seasonings, spices, or mix-ins like cheese, herbs, or peppers. Keep everything cold for a clean, consistent blend.

Start the mix

Turn the crank clockwise to get the paddles moving. The unit does the heavy lifting but you need to keep a steady rhythm.

Mix until it binds

Keep cranking until the blend becomes even, tacky, and well combined. That’s when you know the proteins have activated and the mix is ready.

Empty the chamber

Scrape out the finished mix with a spatula or clean hand tools. Remove everything before cleaning so your mixer is ready for the next batch.
