I’ve been having to saw my biltong with a serrated knife. Not fun! Using this slicer makes it so much easier - no sawing, just sharp blade and easy leverage. The knife is super sharp! I nicked my knuckle just cleaning it carefully. Despite the order page saying ‘not in stock’ the slicer arrived within a couple of days. Only thing I’d like - a manual/video as not sure what to do with the ‘guide block’ with slots. Also a way to secure tray to slicer better - whether slots or magnets. Thanks
