HOW TO USE

When you receive the KK SS08 Grinder, note that only the handle is not installed. Please fit it after unpacking and cleaning the unit.

Make sure the voltage matches your local power supply.

Keep the grinder on a dry, flat surface.

This grinder is for dry spices only (coffee beans, cardamom, sesame, corn, spice blends).

Never operate with wet hands or in damp conditions.

Open the lid and add your spices (up to 50–80 g at a time).

Place the lid back on. The raised rim should sit near the switch area.

Press the lid down to start grinding. It only runs while you hold the lid.

Release the lid to stop. Unplug once done.

Tap the lid gently to release any spice stuck to the cover.

Grind in short sessions to protect the motor from overheating:

Run for 1 minute then rest for 1 minute, repeat as needed.

For ultra-fine spice blends, shake the grinder gently while running.

Use only dry ingredients, no liquids or high-moisture items.

Easy as that.

Always unplug before cleaning.

Use a soft brush to clean the bowl and blade.

Do not wash under running water or immerse the unit.

Store fully clean and dry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For best results and to maintain your KK SS08 for the long term you should use the grinder for fresh foods:

Meats: pork, beef, lamb, chicken (including soft bones such as chicken or duck

frames).

  • Fish: small fish or those with soft bones.
  • Vegetables: mushrooms, ginger, garlic, chili, radish, etc.
  • Nuts & Grains: peanuts, soybeans, rice, green beans (note: harder items require extra

effort).

The stainless steel bowl has a capacity of approximately 50–80 g of food materials.

Do not operate the grinder for longer than 1 minute continuously to prevent motor overheating. If you need to grind for an extended period, follow a pattern of 1 minute on, 1 minute off, and allow the motor to cool down for 10–15 minutes after extended operation.

Always unplug the unit first. Carefully clean the stainless steel blade and bowl interior with a soft brush. Wipe the stainless steel bowl, blade, main body, and cover clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
