Dehydrated Citrus can last up to a year if stored properly in airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Drying fruit enhances its taste without requiring zest or peeling. By extracting moisture through dehydration, the fruit’s flavor intensifies, and its shelf life extends. The outcome is a crisp, concentrated rendition of the initial fruit.

METHOD

  • Clean your citrus with salt

  • Slice citrus at 3mm

  • Place on trays and set timer between 14-16 hours

  • Set Temperature to 55 degrees Celcius

  • Make sure they are completley dry and remove from Chamber
