The KK SL250 is engineered for smooth, stress-free slicing. With a powerful 320W motor and a 250 mm hardened steel blade, it cuts through frozen meat, sausages, luncheon meat, and similar products with ease. The adjustable thickness dial lets you set slices from paper-thin to 12 mm, while the carriage arm keeps food steady and prevents slipping during use.

Built-in safety systems protect both the motor and the user. If the unit overheats or loses power, it must be reset before restarting, preventing accidental activation. A blade guard lock and a food-carrier lock add extra protection during cleaning, requiring the thickness knob to be positioned at “0” before removal.

The SL250 also features an integrated dual-stone sharpener, allowing you to restore the blade quickly without removing it. With a stable body, smooth-gliding carriage, and industrial-grade construction, this slicer gives you precise, repeatable slices at home or in small professional settings.

HOW TO USE

Before you start, wash the blade guard and tray, dry well, and set the thickness dial to 0. Place the slicer on a stable, flat surface.

Ensure the power supply matches the nameplate.

Connect to a grounded outlet with leakage protection.

Place your food on the tray and adjust slice thickness.

Turn the slicer ON, the blade will begin rotating.

Use the carriage arm to press food against the blade.

Slide the carriage side-to-side in a smooth motion.

When finished, switch OFF and return the thickness knob to 0.

Reset it by turning clockwise once the issue is fixed.

Easy as that.

Loosen the blade-guard knob and remove the guard.

Unscrew the blade screws carefully (blade is sharp).

Lift the blade out from the center opening.

Turn thickness knob to 0 and clean the blade edge.

Rotate the sharpener set 180° into position.

Lower and lock it.

Press sharpening button until the blade is honed (10–60 sec).

Press deburr button (3 sec).

Return the sharpener to its resting position and clean the blade.

Always unplug first.

Use alcohol or neutral detergent (31°C) to clean the blade guard, food tray, and body.

Do not spray water directly (IPX1).

Dry completely before storing or reassembling.
