The one to start with.
Nutmeg, coriander and clove, all of them mild. Nothing dominates. It’s the boerewors flavour most South Africans would recognise blindfolded, and there’s a reason it’s called Traditional.
Mix it through your mince and get on with it. This is a long-life blend, so a big pack sitting in the cupboard isn’t a problem.
1kg suits people who make wors most weekends and people who make 20kg at a time.
If you’re new to making your own, buy this one first. Then work out whether you want more clove (Kameelhout), more pepper (Egte Plaaslekker) or a bit of heat (Sausage Sweet Chilli).

Freddy Hirsch has been milling and blending spice in Cape Town since 1956. This blend comes out of that same facility, which is why it tastes the way it does back home.
