The KK TV-D15 is a 15 litre electric sausage press for butcheries, delis and small scale meat processors. It runs a 90W motor at 220 to 240V, delivers over 80kgf of pressing force and fills at up to 1,200kg an hour. The product bowl and pressing plate are 304 stainless steel and the machine is operated by foot pedal.
A hand crank filler needs two people or two arms. Somebody holds the casing, somebody turns the handle, and the fill rate changes every time an arm gets tired. That is where bulging, splitting and uneven wors comes from.
Press the pedal and this one does the pushing. Even fill from the first metre to the last.

About this item
Built for a shift, not a Sunday
Both hands stay on the casing
The foot pedal does the pushing, so you control the fill without letting go. That is the difference between even wors and wors that bulges and splits.
Fifteen litres between refills
A full bowl is a serious run of droëwors or boerewors before you stop to load again. Rated to 1,200kg an hour if you keep it fed.
Strips down for the wash
Bowl and pressing plate are 304 stainless and lift out. Cleaning down at the end of a shift takes minutes, and it stands up to being scrubbed every day.
Bench sized, not floor sized
320 by 420mm of bench and 830mm tall. It fits a butchery back room, a deli kitchen or a shed setup.
Built to be cleaned, not just wiped
304 stainless is the grade used where food touches metal all day. It comes apart, goes in the sink, and goes back together.
Plugs into a normal socket
90W at 220 to 240V. No electrician, no three phase, and it runs on standard supply in both New Zealand and Australia.
Straight answer
Is it worth $795?
A hand crank filler costs less and needs two people. One holds the casing, one turns the handle, and the fill rate changes every time an arm gets tired. Fifteen litres a load with a pedal doing the pushing means one person, both hands on the casing, and the same fill from the first metre to the last. For a butchery or deli that fills wors every week, that is the whole argument.
Hand crank vs foot pedal
Where uneven wors comes from
Hand crank filler
Two people or two arms. Somebody holds the casing, somebody turns the handle. Fill rate drops as the arm tires, so the first metre is tight and the last is loose. Bulging, splitting, and a batch that never quite matches.
KK TV-D15
One person. Foot pedal drives over 80kgf of pressing force at a constant rate, so both hands stay on the casing and every metre fills the same. Fifteen litres before you stop to reload; up to 1,200kg an hour if you keep it fed.
