As everyone knows, there’s only one main ingredient at the heart of any brilliant piece of biltong or delicious serving of braai – and that’s the “secret” or not so secret but still all-important SPICES. Biltong spice is usually a combination of salt, pepper and coriander. Still, as you browse through our spices, you will see an array of flavour combinations that will blow your mind. From 100 grams to 2 kilograms, you can easily flavour your biltong no matter how little or big of a batch you make.
