HOW TO USE
Before you start, wash all parts in hot, soapy water (no dishwasher), dry well, and you’re good to go.
Slide the grinder head into the motor and lock it in place.
Fit in the screw feeder, knife (blades facing out), and grinding plate.
Twist the ring on firmly, hand tight is enough.
Pop the meat pan on top.
DONE!
Use cold meat (below 4°C / 40°F) for best texture.
Trim off sinew, gristle, and excess fat.
Feed meat slowly using the stomper (never your fingers)
For burgers, add about 10% pork or beef fat for moisture (avoid beef suet).
For best results, grind once with the coarse plate, clean the head, then grind again with the fine plate.
If the meat mashes instead of coming out in strings:
Tighten the ring slightly.
Check for dull blades or buildup inside the head.
Use about 20% fat for best results.
Grind once, mix in seasoning, then grind again.
Swap out the knife and plate for the stuffing tube.
Slide your casing on, tie the end, and feed the meat through slowly.
Easy as that.
Always unplug before cleaning.
Wash all parts in hot, soapy water, rinse well, and dry completely.
Spray metal parts with food-grade silicone to prevent rust
Store fully dry and assembled for next use.
