DESCRIPTION
Coriander and paprika up front, garlic behind them. It’s the boerewors profile most people picture when they think of home.
The garlic is what makes this one wander. It doesn’t stay in the casing.
Mix it through mince for wors or patties. Stir it into a stew or a potjie. Rub it on chops before they hit the coals. It works on beef, pork and lamb, so one pack covers most of what comes out of the freezer.
