Sosatie is the skewer everyone crowds around at a braai. This blend takes that flavour and puts it in a wors instead.
Spices, herbs and salt. That’s the whole formula. Mix it through your mince and you get a sausage that tastes like the thing you’d normally have to thread onto a stick.
Worth being clear: this is the seasoning on its own. No meat, no casings, no skewers.
