The KK SL-116QS is a heavy duty commercial meat slicer for high volume butcheries, biltong manufacturers and meat processing facilities. Twin 750W motors give 1,500W of combined cutting power, the feed opening is 180 by 120mm, and it runs at up to 800kg an hour at a standard 5mm slice.
This is the machine you buy when the slicer runs flat out every day and the bench is still the bottleneck.
123kg of heavy duty stainless on castors, two motors instead of one, and a wider mouth so slabs go through whole.

About this item
Built for all day, every day
Two motors instead of one
1,500W of combined cutting power. Dense cuts and cold meat do not slow it down, and neither motor is working at its limit all day.
A full slab goes in whole
180 by 120mm feed opening, wider and deeper than the KK72Q. Less trimming to fit means less waste and fewer hands on the meat.
Built for all day, every day
123kg of heavy duty commercial stainless. This is production equipment, not a machine you nurse through a busy week.
An even 5mm, load after load
Consistent thickness across the batch. For biltong producers that is what separates product from seconds.
Single phase available
Order the 230V configuration for New Zealand and Australia. No three phase supply needed.
Rolls to where the work is
Heavy duty castors under the full 123kg. Bench to wash bay and back without a trolley.
Straight answer
Is it worth the money?
The KK72Q does the same 800kg an hour for less. The KK116Q is the one you buy when the slicer runs flat out every day: twin motors so neither works at its limit, a wider mouth so slabs are not trimmed to fit, and a build that gets through a week without being nursed. If your bench is the bottleneck on an ordinary day, this is the answer to that.
KK72Q vs KK116Q
Same output. Different day.
KK72Q
One 750W motor, 170 by 110mm feed, 67kg. Rated at 800kg an hour and right for a butchery that slices in bursts through the week.
KK116Q
Twin 750W motors, 180 by 120mm feed, 123kg. The same 800kg an hour, but with headroom: neither motor at its limit, slabs in whole, and a build that runs from open to close.

Questions people ask
Any last questions?
Both are rated at 800kg an hour. The difference is the bigger feed opening, twin motors and a heavier build, which is what you want when it runs all day rather than in bursts.
750W per motor, 1,500W combined. Worth checking what else sits on that circuit before you plug it in.
It arrives crated at 147kg gross on a pallet. Two people and a trolley for the lift, then the castors take it wherever you need.
That is what it was built for. Twin motors mean neither one works at its limit, which is the difference between a machine that lasts and one you nurse.
Twelve months on working parts. On industrial equipment with a major fault we can cover labour too, after a consultation, a technician report and a quotation.
