Crown Safari Biltong 2kg

CROWN NATIONAL SAFARI BILTONG SPICE IS South Africa’s favourite biltong seasoning, now also so very popular in Australia, UK, USA, Canada and China. It can also be used to season steak or lamb ribs for frying or grilling, or even to add some zest to your poitjiekos.

Instructions: use 40-50 g spice per Kg meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie on a tray for 2-4 hours, turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.
