Coriander and white pepper. Biltong, stripped back to what it actually is.
Most of the other blends in this range are variations on this idea. Chilli gets added. Beef notes get pushed forward. Someone reaches for cayenne. Original is the thing they’re all varying from.
Coriander gives biltong its smell, the one that hits you when you open the cabinet on day three. White pepper gives it the clean heat at the back of your throat.
